Welcome to our portfolio. Fulcrum Multifamily Advisors has led 21 class-A assets, totaling nearly 6,000 units. Of these units, over half of them were managed from pre-opening through sale. Of the remaining 3,000 units, asset management services were executed in the pre-opening and lease-up phases.
